"Night at the Museum" director Shawn Levy is a busy man. His robot-"Rocky" flick "Real Steel" opens later this year and last week he was pegged to direct Carlton Cuse's next feature film. Now according to Deadline, Levy will remake the sci-fi classic "Fantastic Voyage."

The original film was set inside the human body, where shrunken scientists try to demolish a deadly blood clot.

Deadline reports that in the remake, "once they go inside the body, [it] is almost exclusively CG."  So fans of the original, don't get your hopes up for practical, Sid & Marty Krofft styled sets.

The remake will be in 3D and produced by James Cameron, the master of whiz-bang sci-fi tent poles. Shane Salerno, you will remember his work on "Shaft" and "Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem," is responsible for the script

So what's next for Levy? Is it the Cuse action-adventure? A "Deadliest Warrior" adaptation for Fox? "Fantastic Voyage"? At this point, we wouldn't be surprised to see Marvel step-in with a superhero offer.
